Generally I follow your line of reasoning from Scripture. But as you said we work within the legal framework. Rather than lumping the two together, I see a mask mandate and a vaccine mandate as carrying very different consequences from each other. Some of us believe that a vaccine mandate (which carries a threat of losing livelihood) also carries a risk of permanent disabililty or death. This risk may be negligible according to some, but it is not negligible according to reliable sources which have informed me and are available for anyone to access (I mean the VAERS reports put out by the CDC for example). Canada is not Rome (yet) and we have a civic duty to exercise our voices when we believe government leadership is overstepping it’s legal bounds. That is my opinion. Thanks for listening.
